General conditions of sale Content Copy Boss

Seller: Content Copy Boss, helen@contentcopyboss.com.
Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing the digital products or copywriting services.
Goods/Services: Refers to all digital products and copywriting services offered by Content Copy Boss.

These Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by Content Copy Boss and supersede any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

All offers made by Content Copy Boss are valid for acceptance within 5 days unless otherwise stated.
A contract is formed when Content Copy Boss accepts an order from the Buyer, confirmed through an order acknowledgment or invoice.

Prices for Goods/Services are as stated on the Content Copy Boss website or in quotations provided to the Buyer.
Prices are inclusive of VAT

Payment is due upon acceptance of the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content Copy Boss reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

Digital products will be delivered electronically via download link. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software and hardware to access the digital products.

Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the digital products for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use without prior written consent from Content Copy Boss is strictly prohibited.

All sales of digital products are final and non-returnable. Refunds will only be considered if the product is found to be defective or not as described, and such requests must be made within [insert number] days of purchase.

All intellectual property rights in the Goods/Services remain with Content Copy Boss. The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing does not transfer ownership of any copyrights or trademarks associated with the digital products.

The Goods/Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Content Copy Boss disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Content Copy Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Goods/Services.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our product and its potential. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don’t apply to the average purchaser, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.

Content Copy Boss reserves the right to terminate access to digital products if the Buyer breaches any terms outlined herein.

Content Copy Boss reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Sale at any time, with changes taking effect upon notification to the Buyer.

These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.
